摘要
本文介绍了茶多酚的组成、理化性质、组织分布和代谢以及提取方法，综述了茶多酚清除自由基、杀菌抗病毒、免疫调节的生物学功能和它在养殖业中的应用，提出了茶多酚今后的研究方向。
This paper introduced composing,physicochemical character,tissue distributing,metabolism and extralting method of TP, summarized the TP＇s biological fuctions, such as cleaning out free radical, sterilization,antivirus,immunity adjustmentand so on,discussed the applicoition of TP in feeding,put forward the study direction of TP in the future.
