孕妇职业对妊娠及分娩的影响(附100例调查分析)

Influence of pregnant women′s occupation on pregnancy and childbirth:a report of 100 cases

目的:分析孕妇从事职业对妊娠及分娩的影响。方法:对住院分娩的孕妇100例的资料进行分析。结果:100例不同职业中农民组妊娠、流产、分娩次数在8组职业中占首位,其病残儿发生率亦较高。结论:进一步加强农村妇幼保健工作,提高城乡围产期保健,减少病残儿出生,提高人口素质,产科工作起到至关重要的作用。

Objective To analyze the influence of pregnant women′s occupation on pregnancy and childbirth.Method The data of 100 pregnant women hospitalized in our hospita were analyzed.Results Among 100 pregnant women with different occupations,the farmer group occupied the first place in pregnany,abortion and times of childbirth in the 8 groups,and its sick and disabled formation rate was also high.Conclusion Further strengthen of care work of countryside mother and child,enhancement of perinatal health care in city and countryside,reduces of sick and disabled birth,improvement of the human quality,obstetrics works has the very important function.
