中草药与卵黄抗体复合添加剂对肉鸡禽流感的预防保护效果

The Preventive and Protective Effect of Compound Additive of Chinese Herbal Medicine and Yolk Antibody on Bird Flu of Meat Chicken

摘要 为研究中草药与卵黄抗体复合添加剂的效用,观察不同配比(1:1,1:0.8,1:0.5,1:0.2)的中草药与卵黄抗体复合添加剂在AA肉公鸡日粮中的应用。试验结果表明,预防禽流感保护率达87.5%-97.5%,使用后在肉鸡体内的有效期为18—21d,对肉鸡日增重、饲料转化效率有一定促进作用。其中,以1:1配比的应用效果最佳。 To investigate the avail of compound additive of chinese herbal medicine and yolk antibody,the different ratio of chinese herbal medicine : yolk antibody ( 1 : 1,1:0.8,1:0.5,1:0. 2) in AA meat chicken were observed. The experimental result indicated that, the preventive and protective percent of bird flu can reach 87.5% to 97.5% , the period of validity in meat chicken body can keep 18 days to 21 days, and it has certain promotion effect on daily gain and feed convert efficiency. Among them, the application effect of 1:1 ratio is the best.
