摘要 教师的幸福感不仅关系自身的身心发展,而且还关系着学生的成长与学校的整体发展。本文尝试分析情绪智力的九要素理论和教师幸福感的涵义概述,拟把教师幸福感分为心理幸福感和生理幸福感,分析情绪智力对教师幸福感的影响,努力培养和挖掘教师情绪智力,这是促进教师专业发展,改善生活品质的策略,是回归幸福感之路的重要途径。 Teacher's well-being is not only related to his/her self somatopsychic development,but also to the development of students and schools.This study analyzed the nine basic theories of emotional intelligence and summarized the definition of teacher's well-being.Teacher's well-being was divided into psychological well-being and physiological well-being and the effect of emotional intelligence on teacher's well-being was explored.Discovering and developing teacher's emotional intelligence was the strategy to promote the teacher's professional growth and improve the quality of life and the pivotal way return to the well-being.
