摘要
现代轴流式转轮叶片设计中,奇点分布法因计算工作量大较少采用,但其理论的严谨性、推导的严密性比常用的统计分析法和升力法更符合流体动力场的客观规律,因而可减少研制新转轮的实验工作量和验证实验数据的可靠性,获得优秀水力模型。本文应用计算机技术,结合流体动力学理论,进行了奇点分布法设计轴流式转轮叶片的CAD应用软件的设计与研究。
This paper discusses the development of CAD software in designing runner blades of axial flow hydraulic turbines with the method of singular point distribution. Based on fluid dynamics theory,better hydraulic model is established and various factors such as main blade geometry parameters, working parameters and performances of turbines,are considered. Lots of numerical simulations confirm the effectiveness of the presented software.
