Design of on-line Detecting Instrument for Casing Quality Inspection of Small Package Cigarette

针对许多卷烟企业对小包烟包装质量精密检测的需要,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的包装质量在线检测仪的设计方案。首先介绍了该检测仪的组成、工作原理,然后通过大量判断性实验对关键件进行了选型和设计了机械结构,并对小包烟包装质量检测若干图像处理技术进行了研究,最后制造出一台样机进行了包装质量缺陷样品和在线实时检测的设计验证。结果表明:设计方案可行,仪器实用可靠,可推广应用到小包烟生产现场中。

The design solution of on-line detecting instrument for casing quality inspection ot small package cigarette was put forward according to the demand of some cigarette enterprise for precise casing inspection on small package cigarette. Firstly, its principle was analyzed by detail, some key components were selected through some judgment experiments. Then its machine structure was designed, and the soft design through the analysis of image process technology were developed. Finally its prototype was produced in order to examine its practicability and passed the test of fault specimens and on-line test. The result showed that the solution is suitable and the instrument has practicality and credibility. It should be popularized in cigarette enterprise.
