摘要
介绍一种基于机器视觉的抗生素效价评价系统;利用TWAIN技术使得该系统能在多种硬件平台上得以应用;分析抑菌圈图像的基本特点,利用基于灰度直方图的图像分割方法对图像进行处理,提取边缘,并提出封闭轮廓曲线拟合算法进行目标锁定,从而自动准确定位目标中心、获得直径数据,进而完成抗生素可靠性测验及效价评定。实验表明,该系统能有效提高效价评定检验效率及准确度。
An system based on machine vision is introduced to measure antibiotic potency. The software can be applied in a variety of hardware platforms of image device with the help of twain tecknology. Analysising the image, an thresholding technique for image segmentation and edge detection were used in the system based on gray-level histogram. Furthermore, closed contour curve fitting algorithm was introduced, it was adopted to find out the objects. The data of several diameters were obtaioned and the reliability of antibiotic potency was evaluated. Experiments showed that the system can effectively increase the potency evaluation efficiently and accurately.
