摘要
应用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究头孢曲松钠在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立了应用线性扫描和循环伏安法定量检测头孢曲松钠的新方法。头孢曲松钠的电极过程为具有吸附的不可逆过程,电极反应转移电子数和质子转移数均为4。头孢曲松钠在pH=3.00的0.1 mol/L H3PO4-NaOH缓冲介质中,在+1.06 V(vs.SCE)电位处产生一灵敏的氧化峰,该峰电流值Ip与头孢曲松钠浓度在5.44×10-7~9.96×10-4 g/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),检出限为8.52×10-8g/mL,回收率94.0%-103%,RSD为2.75%。
Linear sweep voltammetry (LSV),cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)methods had been applied to study the electrochemical behaviour of ceftriaxone sodium on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). It was found that the electrochemical process of ceftriaxone sodium on GCE was irreversible and controlled by the adsorption, during the elecrode reactions the electrons and protons transfer numbers are both 4. In pH 3.00 0.1 mol·L^-1 phosphate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution, a sensitive oxidation peak can be obtained at +1.06 V (vs. SCE) on GCE and the current of the peak was proportional to the concentration of ceftriaxone sodium in the range of 5.44×10^-7 go /mL to 9.96×10^-4 g/mL when tested with a DPV method. Based on this, a sensitive method for ceftriaxone sodium detection was proposed. The detection limit of the proposed method was 8.52×10^-8g/mL (Defined as S/N=3). The corresponding recovery rates and the relative standard deviation (RSD) for standard addition method were between 94.0% - 103% and 2.75%(n=3)respectively.
