建立了快速检测鸡蛋中苏丹红的高效液相色谱方法,针对鸡蛋样品的特点,采用水及正己烷提取样品,有效的去除水溶性及蛋白等杂质,同时采用氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,去除脂肪等干扰物。采用乙睛和水做为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器检测,而且根据检测器能够采集化合物的紫外吸收光谱曲线的特点,确定苏丹红I-IV吸收波长,采集光谱图定性,减少假阳性的出现,具有快速准确而且灵敏度高的特点。

A determination method of Sudan dyes in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography is created. It is a rapid detection for the characteristics of egg samples, using water and hexane extract, the aim is ewiping the impurities such as water-soluble and protein. It can remove fat and other interfering objects to use alumina of Solid Phase Extraction. Using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase ,with diode array detector, and according to UV absorption spectra of compound curves, the detector can detect the characteristics of Sudan I-IV spectra qualitative, reduce artificial masculine appearance. The method is speediness and high sensitivity.
