摘要 人参中多种人参皂甙含量测定,采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)技术制备样品溶液,用安装有Acclaim 120 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)的色谱柱及紫外检测器(UV)的液相色谱仪测定。对6种主要人参皂甙Re、Rg1、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2进行分析,6种人参皂甙在2.5~80mg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9986,最低检测限为25.0~50.0mg/kg,样品添加回收率为85.69~102.79%,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为0.50~1.283%. The Ginsengnosides in ginseng were determinted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography equipped with a column of Acclaim 120 C18(250mm×(4.6mm, 5μm) and the Detector(UV).The ginseng samples were extracted by Acclerated Solvent Extraction(ASE)o The good linearities were obtained for 6 main ginsengnoside Re, Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rb2 in the range of 2.5 - 80mg/mL.The correlation coefficient of standard curves wae more than 0.9986.The limits of detection from 25.0 to 50.0mg/kg.The average recoveries for those ginsengnoside in ginseng were from 85.6 to 102.79% ,the relative standard deviations were 0.50- 1.283%.
