摘要
采用显式动力学中的接触、侵蚀有限元分析方法,对PDC钻头的单齿几何参数变化进行了仿真,研究了绕钻头中心轴线旋转的单粒PDC切削齿在切削深度为2mm时,不同的前倾角、侧倾角破岩时受力的分布及岩石破碎情况。仿真结果较真实地表明了单粒PDC切削齿应力分布、接触压力分布随钻头破岩过程的动态变化情况,为PDC钻头的设计提供了有效的依据。
Base on Eroding and contacting methods for FEA of explicit nonlinear dynamics,damaging rock affect by single cutter of PDC working is simulated.With rotating around axis of PDC and 2mm cutting depth,The force distribution of single cutter and rock is studied by using different actual backrake and actual siderake of PDC cutter.This simulation result indicates force transformation affect following PDC bit broken rock,and also provide effective foundation for PDC optimize placing cutter.
