硅纳米管的研究进展

摘要 综述了硅纳米管结构和性能的理论研究和潜在的应用。调研了近年来硅纳米管的理论研究和制备方法的研究进展。调研结果显示在近似条件下,硅纳米管可稳定存在。它独特的性质可望用于量子计算机、纳米导线等方面。因此,硅纳米管是未来用途非常广泛的一维纳米材料。 The researches on the structure and properties of hypothetical silicon nanotube.The methods of synthesis and potential applications of silicon nanotube were introduced.The recent theoretic reseaches of silicon nanotube and the methods of synthesis of silicon nanotube are investigated Results show under the approximate conditions,silicon nanotube can steady exist.Because of its unique properties,it can hope to be used in quanta computer,nano-lead et al aspect.So,silicon nanotube is a one dimension nano material using roomily in the future.
