“阳光体育运动”背景下大学生课外体育锻炼现状调查

The current situation investigation against the background of "Sunny Sports" about extracurricular physical training of university students

为考察福建省大学生"在阳光体育运动"启动后参与课外体育锻炼的现状,采用问卷调查法对福建省大学生进行调查。研究结果表明:(1)福建省大学生体育锻炼态度比较积极,但体育人口达不到我国有关法规的要求;(2)强身健体、娱乐消遣、情绪宣泄、社会交往是我省大学生参加课外体育锻炼的主要动机;(3)球类运动、跑步和散步是大学生参与课外体育锻炼的主要选择;(4)自由结合的锻炼形式是我省大学生体育锻炼的主要活动形式;(5)体育设施不足、课外体育内容单一、体育活动组织不完善是制约大学生参加课外体育锻炼的主要因素。

In order to inspect the current situation of the participation in the extra-curriculam physical training after ＂The Sunshine Sports ＂ started in Fujian universities.A investigation was maded among the students in Fujian universities by means of questionnaire survey.The survey indicated that：（1）the students＇ attitude towards the physical training is comparatively positive,but the amount of the participators cannot reach the demands of our country＇s related laws and regulations.（2）Keeping fit and healthy,entertaiment,emontional outlet and social intercourse are the main motivations to paticipate the physical training for our provine university students（3）Playing ballgames,joging and walking are their main choices.（4） The combination of free exercises is their main form.（5）The insufficiency of the sports＇ facilities,the moontony of the curriculam physical sports＇ content,and the incompleteness of the organation are the main restaints on the paticipation of the university students.
