HPLC Determination of Geniposide in Qingkailing Tablet

目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定清开灵片中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用LC-10A型高效液相色谱仪,Gracesmart C18色谱柱,检测波长238nm,以乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.5ml/min。结果:精密度及回收率结果良好,平均回收率为98.59%(n=10),RSD=1.52%。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于清开灵片中栀子苷的含量测定。

Objective：To build up an HPLC method for determination of geniposide content in Qingkailing Tablet.Methods：The HPLC with Gracesmart C18 was used and detection wavelength was 238nm with a mixture of acetonitrile-water（20∶80）as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.5ml/min.Results：The average recovery was 98.59%,and RSD was 1.52%.Conclusion：This method is reliable,accurate and suitable for the determination of geniposide in Qingkailing Tablet.
