运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法,对湘中地区小城镇体育发展的现状特征及难点因素进行研究,力图构建适合目前经济、社会条件下湘中地区小城镇体育发展的模式,推进"全民健身计划",促进小城镇群众体育健康、持续、稳定发展。

With the methods of the documentary,interview and mathematical statistics,the research is carried out on the characteristics and difficulties of developing sports in small towns in the middle district of Hunan Province.The research aims at constructing a sports development model that fits present economic and social conditions of small towns in the middle district of Hunan Province,boosting the Nationwide Body Building Program,and promoting a healthy,persisting and steady mass sports development in small towns.
