新型速滑冰刀自问世以来在世界速滑运动项目上已经历了十余年的应用,为在我国普通高校速滑教学中广泛应用提供了创新背景、基础和前景。通过新型速滑冰刀对提高运动成绩的相关资料和我国对新型速滑冰刀的相关研究成果,分析了速滑器材的变革对高校速滑教学改革、体育教师从事速滑课教学的素质和能力、大学生对速滑课的感知、体育观念培养和创新素质提高的多方面意义与影响,并对普通高校速滑课应用新型速滑器材的有利条件和不利因素进行了充分解析,旨在为普通高等学校速滑教学改革出谋划策。

Since the clap-skate came out,it has been applied in the speed skating event all over the world for 10 years. It offers the background,groundwork and foreground for the far-ranging equipment innovation in the speed skating teaching in Chinese universities. With the relevant information and research findings on the clap-skate improving the skating results,the article has an investigation of some related managers,teachers and undergraduates＇ psychological expectation about applying new-style equipment in the speed skating teaching in universities. It analyzes the multifold significance and influence of equipment innovation on the speed skating teaching reform,the teachers＇ teaching quality and ability,the undergraduates＇ cognition of the speed skating teaching,the undergraduates＇ development of healthy idea and innovation ability. In addition,it analyzes up the advantage and disadvantage of applying some new-style equipment in the speed skating teaching in universities. Its purpose is to give counsel for the teaching reform of speed skating in universities.
