摘要
对红河建水紫燕水泥公司双膛蓄热式竖窑上料系统工程的监理工作进行分析总结,结合昆钢龙山矿现有的2座双膛竖窑的上料系统设备参数和现状,在监理方案中核算了电机功率,对制动器、料车、斜桥的设计进行了验证和优化,保证了上料设备的可靠性。实践经验可供工程设计、工程监理及设备维护、检修时参考借鉴。
The supervision task for the loading equipment construction of double-chamber regenerative shaft kiln of Honghe Jianshui Ziyan Cement Company was Analyzed and summarized. In accordance with the working parameters and status of the loading equipment of two double-chamber shaft kiln applied in Longshan Mine of KISC, the motorpower was accounted and the design of arresters, skips and skew bridge was validated and optimized in supervison scheme, ensures the reliability of the loading system. The experience provide reference for engineer design, engineer supervision and equipment maintenance and overhaul .
