普通高校速滑教练员队伍现状调查与对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasure of Speed Skating Coaches in Universities

研究目的:教练员是运动队管理的主体,是进行科学化训练并不断提高运动员技术水平的主要依靠力量,随着2009年世界大学生冬季运动会上黑龙江省普通高校速度滑冰运动员的优秀表现,黑龙江省普通高校速度滑冰运动在飞速发展的同时,也越来越受到有关方面认可与关注,教练员的素质和能力决定着黑龙江省普通高校速度滑冰运动成绩,以及黑龙江省高校的冬季竞技体育目标能否实现,对黑龙江省普通高校速度滑冰教练员的各方面进行研究有重要意义。采用文献资料、数理统计等方法对黑龙江省高校速度滑冰教练员队伍的现状进行分析和研究,研究表明:黑龙江省高校具有具备一定素质水平的教练员队伍,速度滑冰教练员队伍整体结构日趋合理,但也存在一定的不足之处。根据黑龙江省高校速度滑冰教练员队伍现状及存在的问题提出发展对策。

The coach is the main part of managing the athletic sports team and keeping the development of skaters＇ technical level with scientized training method.With the speed skaters＇ excellent exhibition from the universities in Heilongjiang province in 2009 winter universiade,the fast developing varsity speed skating in Heilongjiang province is more and more approbated.The coachs＇ quality and ability determine the undergraduates＇ speed skating results and the realization of winter competitive sports goals in universities in Heilongjiang province.It＇s important to analyze the various aspects of varsity speed skating coaches in universities in Heilongjiang province.With the methods of documentary information and mathematic statistics,the article has a research on the status quo of speed skating coach team in universities in Heilongjiang province.The results show that although there is a good coach team,the whole structure is increasingly growing in reason,there is still some shortage.Aiming at these problems,it suggests some countermeasures to develop the speed skating in universities in Heilongjiang province.
