摘要
采用理论阐述法对分层教学模式的定义及内涵进行分析,旨在通过实施高校体育冰上课分层教学模式促进学生个性、身心健康的发展,解决学生个体差异。结果证明,分层教学模式是行之有效的。得出分层教学是根据学生身体素质水平的不同,分层制订分别适合不同学生的教学目标和考核目标,因材施教,因需指导,因层评价和动态组合,建立面向全体学生,以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式等结论。
In order to develop the undergraduates' character and their physical and psychological health,improve their individual difference by applying the multilevel on-ice teaching pattern in university sports course,the article has an analysis on the definition and content of the teaching pattern with the theoretic method.The result shows that the teaching pattern is effective.It indicates that the multilevel teaching pattern is to design different teaching goals and evaluation goals for different undergraduates according to their physical condition.By teaching them in accordance of their aptitude,instructing them in accordance of their requirement,having an evaluation in accordance of different levels and having a dynamic combination,it tries to establish a teaching pattern for all undergraduates with the main body of students and with the guider of teachers.
