巨噬细胞游走抑制因子在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的表达及意义

摘要 目的检测巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的表达,探讨MIF在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的作用及意义。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导建立大鼠糖尿病视网膜病变模型,另设一正常对照组,每组20只;8周后应用ELISA法检测2组视网膜MIF含量,HE染色和免疫组化染色观察2组视网膜中MIF的表达及定位。结果与正常对照组对比,糖尿病模型组大鼠血糖升高,视网膜中MIF含量显著增多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论糖尿病大鼠视网膜中MIF表达增高,与视网膜炎症改变有关,参与早期糖尿病视网膜病变的发生。 Objective To detect the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in the retina of diabetic rats,and to investigate its role in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods Diabetic rats model was set by intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin (STZ),and the normal control group was set too,n=20.After 8 weeks,the different content of MIF in retina of the two groups were detected by ELISA.HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the different depression of MIF in retina.Results Compared with the normal control group,blood glucose levels increased,the expression of MIF in retina increased significantly in the diabetic group.The difference was statistically significant(all P0.01).Conclusion The expression of MIF in retina of diabetic rats increased,related to the retinal inflammatory change may participate in early diabetic retinopathy.
