腮腺肿瘤手术切口的改良

The Application of Modified Parotidectomy in the Treatment for Parotid Pleomorphic Adenoma

目的评价改良切口在腮腺肿瘤腮腺切除术的临床应用价值。方法收集18例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者,采用改良切口行腮腺切除手术治疗。随访观察该手术方式的美观程度以及临床疗效。结果术后无涎瘘发生,出现暂时性面神经功能减弱者3例,2个月恢复。术侧耳垂和耳廓背部皮肤感觉均暂时性减弱,2个月恢复。术后无复发。术后美容效果满意率100%。结论改良切口行腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤既可取得良好的美容效果,又可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical applications of the modified parotidectomy for the treatment of patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma.Methods Thirty-eight patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma were treated by the modified parotidectomy.The follow-up study included the cosmetic effect of this incision and the clinical outcome.Results No patient occurred salivary fistula.Temporary moderate facial nerve paralysis occurred in 3 patients but recovered 2 months after surgery.All of patients,to some extent,felt temporary numb of the ear lobe postoperatively but recovered 2 months after surgery.No patients recurrence.All the patients were highly satisfied with this good aesthetic results.Conclusion the modified incision in parotidectomy showed good aesthetic results and less surgical complications.
