摘要
目的通过检测血压正常高值人群的脉搏波速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV),探讨血压正常高值人群的动脉僵硬度的情况。方法应用康普乐全自动动脉硬化检测系统对入选的622例血压正常髙值人群进行颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波速度(carotid-femoral PWV,CF-PWV)检测,并与同期血压正常人群(n=512)及高血压1级患者(n=445)进行CF-PWV值的比较。结果血压正常髙值人群的CF-PWV值明显高于正常血压人群,低于高血压1级患者,两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论血压正常高值人群动脉僵硬度增高,动脉顺应性已有减退,但优于高血压患者。
Objective To investigate the changes of arterial stiffness by measuring pulse wave velocity（PWV） in prehypertensive people.Methods The carotid-femoral PWV（CF-PWV） were measured in 622 prehypertensive people using Complior SP automatic arteriosclerosis measurement system,and were compared with normotensive group （n=512） and hypertension grade 1 group（n=445）.Results The CF-PWV of prehypertensive group was significantly higher than normotensive group and lower than hypertension grade 1 group.The difference between every two groups were significant （all P0.01）.Conclusions Arterial stiffness increases in prehypertensive people with arterial elasticity already decreased,which is better than that of hypertensive people.
