摘要
将500μg重组人骨形成蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)和500μg牛骨形成蛋白(bBMP)以胶原作为载体分别植入同一SD大鼠两侧股部肌肉内。取材后进行组织学观察和钙含量测定。结果显示:术后1周,两组植入局部均可见软骨细胞分化和软骨形成,胶原大部分被降解吸收;3周,两组均诱导板层骨和骨髓形成,胶原被完全降解吸收;rhBMP-2组诱导形成的软骨或骨组织的量明显多于bBMP组。此结果提示:rhBMP-2的骨诱导活性优于bBMP。
To compare the osteoinductive activities of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2(rhBMP 2)and bovine bone morphogenetic protein (bBMP),500 μg rhBMP 2 and 500 μg bBMP were implanted into the left and right calf muscle pouch of SD rats using collagen as a carrier. Histologic examination showed cartilage was induced in both groups 1 week later ,and the collagen was absorbed partilly. Bone and bone marrow were induced in both groups 3 weeks later, and the collagen was absorbed completely. rhBMP 2 induced more cartilage or bone than bBMP did. Calcium content of rhBMP 2 implanted region was higher than that of bBMP implanted region. It suggests that ectopic osteoinductive activity of rhBMP 2 is better than that of bBMP.
