竹原纤维的提取工艺及其性能的研究

竹纤维是一种很好的天然纤维,具有抗菌和穿着舒适的特点,文章重点研究了用纤维素酶提取竹原纤维的工艺,最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量3((相对于纤维重量),pH值5,温度60℃,作用时间60 min,并且介绍了竹原纤维的横向和纵向的形态结构,物理性能等,并且与其他纤维进行了比较。

Bamboo fiber is a good natural fiber with anti-bacteria and comfortably-wearing properties.The process of extracting bamboo fiber with cellulase is introduced.It was found that the best conditions for the extraction were as follows： 3% cellulase,5 pH value,60 ℃ temperature,60 min processing time.The horizontal and vertical configuration structure,as well as the physical property of raw bamboo fiber is also discussed.Finally,comparison with other fibers is made.
