关于高职模具专业人才培养的几点思考

Research on Personnel Trainning about Mold Professional in Higher Vocational Colleges——Social Practice Paper of Dalian Mold Industry

以当前模具专业人才需求情况为出发点,结合对大连模具园的调查研究、模具的发展现状和发展趋势及我院办学条件,对高职模具专业人才培养进行深入的探讨。对如何培养满足企业要求的模具专业人才提出了建议。

In this paper,the current demand for mold professionals is as the starting point,and it is deeply discussed on personnel training of mold professional in higher vocational colleges,combined with surveys and studies of Dalian Mold Industry,current situation and development trend of mold and the conditions of our school.Some recommendations,which are how to train mold professionals that can meet the requirements of enterprise,are made.
