摘要
教师专业发展不仅需要外部因素的引领,更离不开教师自身的内在动力。教学反思是教师专业发展的内在要求,它有助于促进教师进行自我更新与自我发展,实现专业自主。在教师教育中创设条件培养教师的反思特质,对促进教师专业化具有重要作用。
It is a general phenomenom that college teacgers usually pay more attention to knowledge teaching but little to ideological education.And it has essential and real significance to inquire how to impart knowledge with followed ideological education,to be the guider of psychological healrh and growth,and to become the good teacher and helpful friend of students.
