摘要
"学评教"是教学质量监控中教学质量评价的一个重要组成部分,目的是为教师改进教学工作,提高教学效果。但现实却存在对"学评教"意义认识不清等问题,并异化出教师为了迎合评教而教等现象,背离了"学评教"目的。作者通过对"学评教"意义、影响因素等进行分析,提出了改进对策。
It is the important component of teaching quality evaluation and monitoring to appraise teachers by students,and its object is to improve teaching effect.But as a matter of fact,there are some improper recognitions,so far as to dissimilate to such appearance as pandering to the evaluation,and can not hardly managing the teaching class,that depart from the object of appraising teachers by students.For this reason,the paper presents some countermeasures,in order to privide some help for appraising teachers by students.
