铈含量对X70钢在包头土壤中腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 通过添加稀土铈(Ce)来提高X70钢的耐腐蚀性,测试了X70钢的自腐蚀电位、交流阻抗谱,并采用SEM和XRD,研究了稀土铈对X70钢在包头土壤中腐蚀行为的影响.实验结果表明,当Ce的质量分数为0.048%时X70钢的耐腐蚀性最强,但随着稀土含量的增加,X70钢的耐蚀性不再提高,反而降低.随着时间的延长,试样的腐蚀率先升高后降低.X70钢的腐蚀机理主要是均匀腐蚀和点蚀,而X70稀土钢(X70Ce钢)发生均匀腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Fe的氧化物. In order to improve corrosion-resistance property of X70 steel,the effect of Ce content on corrosion behavior of X70 steel was investigated by measuring free corrosion potential,SEM and XRD.The results show that after adding different content of rare earth cerium(Ce),the corrosion-resistance property of X70 steel was the best when Ce=0.048%,and the corrosion-resistance property was not improved but reduced with increasing the content.The corrosion rate first rose then fell with time going on.From the test the corrosion mechanism of X70 was found to be general corrosion and pitting corrosion,but the corrosion mechanism of X70 Ce steel is of general corrosion.Corrosion products of the steel are mainly oxides of Fe.
