小白鼠甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞发育的组织化学与立体计量学研究

摘要 对BALB/c小白鼠甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞从胚胎14d(E14d)至成年期的发育过程,进行了组织化学与立体计量学研究。结果表明:(1)E14d~15d,细胞排列成不规则的团和索状。E16d~E17d,细胞围成原始的甲状腺滤泡。E18d,滤泡腔内出现PAS反应阳性胶体,成熟的甲状腺滤泡结构基本形成。(2)胚胎期滤泡上皮细胞核较大,核/质比大于1.0,分裂像易见。出生后21d,核/质比稳定在0.35,滤泡上皮细胞形态结构接近成年期状态。(3)E16d,AcP、ATPase、MAO和SDH均呈阳性反应,随后酶活性逐步增强,至生后21d均达强阳性反应。 The development of BALB/c mouse thyroid follicular epithelial cells from the 14th day of embryo to adulthood were studied by means of stereologic and histochemical methods under light microscope.The results are as follows:(1)During the 14 15th days of embryo,the cells were arranged in irregular clusters and cords.During the 16 17th days of embryo,the primary thyroid follicles were formed.On the 18th day of embryo,there were PAS positive colloids in the follicle lumens and the mature thyroid follicles were formed.(2)During the embryonic stage,the nuclei were large,with the N/C ratio >1 0,and mitoses were often observed.By the 21st day after birth,the N/C ratio began to stabilize at 0 35 and the morphology of the cells nearly approached to that of the adulthood.(3)On the 16th day of embryo,AcP,ATPase,MAO and SDH showed positive reactions and then the activities of the enzymes enhanced gradually.By the 21st day after birth,all the enzymes exhibited strong positive reactions.
