血管活性肠肽在环鸽旁听觉神经通路中的分布

LOCALIZATION OF VIP IMMUNOREACTIVE NEURONS IN THE ACCESSORY AUDITORY PATHWAY OF RING DOVE

为了解非鸣禽环鸽脑中血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ）在旁听觉神经通路中的分布，用免疫组织化学和神经示踪方法研究了５只成年环鸽。结果表明，ＶＩＰ免疫反应细胞主要分布在中脑丘间核（ＩＣｏ）的内侧和腹侧、中央灰质（ＧＣｔ）、蔡氏腹区（ＡＶＴ）、内细胞层（ＳＣＩ）、结节核（ＴＵ）、下丘脑外侧核（ＬＨｙ）、下丘脑前内侧核（ＡＭ）和前视前区（ＰＯＡ）。由于许多ＶＩＰ免疫反应细胞和标记纤维存在于上述神经通路中。

The distribution of VIP immunoreactive neurons in the accessory auditory pathway of the brain of non songbird ring dove( Streptopelia risoria) was studied by using anterograde tracer, Phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin (PHA L) and immunohistochemistry. The results revealed that VIP ir neurons distributed mainly in the n. intercollicularis(ICo), area ventralis Tsai(AVT), substantia grisea centralis(GCT),n. tuberis(TU), stratum cellulare internum(SCI), n. lateralis hypothalami(LHy) and n. preopticus anterior(POA). Since in some brain regions there are rich VIP ir somata and fibers which are involved in the vocal auditory endocrine neural circuits, the present data suggest that VIP might play a role in the sexual behavior and endocrine regulation.
