摘要
为研究急性心肌缺血时大鼠延髓内脏带(MVZ)内SP受体的分布及形态学变化,采用ABC法对静脉注射垂体后叶素后的大鼠延髓进行了抗SP受体(SPR)或抗Fos蛋白免疫组织化学染色,或Fos/SPR双重免疫组织化学染色。发现静脉内注射垂体后叶素诱发急性心肌缺血后,在双侧MVZ内出现Fos阳性神经元;在锥体交叉(PYX)和最后区(AP)水平,SPR免疫反应结构(SPR-LI)较未注射组明显增强,背内侧部迷走神经运动背核(nmdX)的SPR-LI纤维也由弯曲的粗纤维(羊毛型)变为细的直纤维。30%左右的SPR-LI阳性神经元可能参与静脉注射垂体后叶素后引起的心血管应激反应的传导或调控。
In order to investigate the changes of the distribution and morphological feature of substance P receptor(SPR)in medullary visceral zone(MVZ) after acute myocardioischemia,16 rats were used to experiment with anti SPR,anti Fos or anti Fos/SPR immunohistochemical stain by ABC method,10 of which was given vasoperessin systematically until myocardioischemia appeared on ECG.The results showed that Fos positive neurons appeared in MVZ,and SPR positive structures were also densely situated in MVZ.The morphological feature of them differed according to whether vasopressin was introveinously injected.In no vasopressin group,SPR immunoreaction was weak in decussation of pyramid(PYX)and area postrema(AP) level;whereas,it became strong in vasopressin group.In addition,SPR positive fibers in dorsal motor nucleus of vagus(nmdX)were thick and curved(wool shaped)in normal.But they became thin and smooth after vasopressin was given.Furthermore,30% of SPR positive neurons were also Fos immunoreactive,suggesting that part of SPR LI neurons were involved in conduction and modulation of myocardial ischemica stress induced by vasopressin.
