Health Education Research about College Students of Physical Education in Hunan Province

湖南省体育专业大学生健康教育普及率仍有提升空间,掌握健康知识和养成良好卫生行为习惯方面存在问题,对体育与心理健康教育的关系认知不够。因此,应加强对体育专业大学生实施健康教育的力度,采取相应措施努力为中小学培养合格的健康教育师资。

PE professional health education of university students in Hunan province is still room for penetration.There are some problems existing in mastering health knowledge and developing good habits of hygiene behavior.The cognition about the relation between sports and mental health is not enough.Therefore the implementation of university students sports professional health education,should be strengthened and corresponding measures should be taken to cultivate qualified health education teachers of middle and primary school.
