摘要
研究棉纤维细度及回潮率与其比电阻之间的关系,测试了5种不同细度的原棉纤维在不同回潮率条件下的比电阻值.实验结果表明,随着回潮率的增大,纤维的质量比电阻和体积比电阻呈指数趋势减小;验证了曲线的拐点位于回潮率值3%附近,而纤维细度对电阻没有太大影响.
The relationship among cotton fiber fineness,moisture regain and resistance were studied,and resistance of five different fineness of cotton fiber were tested under different conditions of different moisture regain.It is found that the fiber fineness has little effect on the resistance.With the increase of the moisture regain,the mass specific resistance and volume resistance decrease in an exponential trend,and the inflection point of the curve is located at the moisture regain value of 3% location.
