浙江海洋旅游发展与海洋旅游人才的培养要求

Marine Tourism Development and Training requirements of Marine Tourism Professionals in Zhejiang

海洋旅游是世界旅游的热点。浙江省是海洋大省，海洋旅游产业发展已经初具规模。舟山市则是全省海洋旅游的龙头，海洋旅游已得到一定发展。文章通过对浙江省及舟山市海洋旅游现状的分析．指出今后全省及舟山海洋旅游产业发展的趋势，并提出海洋旅游产业发展对专业人才的基本要求。

Marine tourism has become a focus of world tourism. Zhejiang is a province rich in marine resource, and the development of marine tourism industry begins to take shape. Zhoushan City, where marine tourism has achieved certain development, plays a leading role in marine tourism in the province. Based on the analysis of the current situation of marine tourism both in Zhejiang Province and Zhoushan City, this paper points out the future trend of the development of marine tourism industry in Zhejiang Province and Zhoushan, and presents the basic requirements for special talents for developing marine tourism industry.
