摘要
文章对海洋旅游景区进行了界定,将其分为海洋观光型、海岛历史古迹型、海洋宗教文化型、海洋民俗风情型、海滨度假型、海洋科普教育型六类景区;分析了海洋旅游景区管理人才特点:具备海洋自然人文、海上安全知识,管理能力与服务技能兼有,具有较高的身心素质等;提出了高等院校培养人才的思路:开设海洋方面的课程、实行“情景化”教学、突出技能教育、体现工学结合、实行订单式培养等。
This paper gives the definition of marine tourism holiday destinations, which are divided into marine tourism type, historical island type, marine-based religious culture type, marine folk customs type, coastal resort and ocean science educational type. It also analyzes the characteristics of management at marine tourism holiday destinations: with natural marine culture, marine safety knowledge, management ability, service skills and high physical and mental qualities. It brings forward new training thoughts like opening courses related to marine, implementation "scenarios" teaching, giving prominence to skills education, reflecting combination of enterprises and colleges, and implementation order-style training.
