目的:探讨静脉穿刺方法的选择与静脉穿刺成功率的临床护理研究。方法:①轻拍静脉;②正确绷扎止血带;③非握拳穿刺法;④增大进针角度;⑤增加输液管内负压。结果:在掌握每个不同类型患者静脉的特点,利用扎实的基本功,发挥穿刺技巧的特点,穿刺成功率均达到98%以上。结论:不同类型患者的静脉穿刺成功率关键在于掌握不同类型患者的静脉特点,利用扎实基本功,发挥好穿刺技巧,同时需要有良好的心理素质,既耐心又细致,才能达到一针见血的良好效果。

Objective：To explore the choice of methods venipuncture and venous puncture success rate of clinical nursing research.
