局部封闭和紫色消肿膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效评价

Evaluation of partial closure and purple trim to Plaster Humeral Epicondylitis

目的:探讨肱骨外上髁炎局部封闭和紫色消肿膏外敷治疗的综合疗效。方法:对120例肱骨外上髁炎患者分三组进行治疗,A组进行局部肌筋膜内注射复方倍他米松注射液(封闭治疗);B组是在A组治疗的基础上并用紫药膏外敷;C组单用紫药膏外敷治疗;三组均结合2周肘部制动治疗。结果:采用综合治疗的患者均取得了满意疗效,有效率为100%,治愈率为95%,复发率为15%;封闭组有效率为92.5%,治愈率为87.5%,复发率为35%,无效率为2.5%;紫药膏组有效率为90%,治愈率为72.5%,复发率为30%,无效率为10.4%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:局部封闭和紫药膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎可取得较好疗效,综合疗效优于单独封闭疗法和局部紫药膏外敷疗法。

Objective：Observe efficacy of humeral epicondylitis with partially closed and purple trim Plaster comprehensive treatment.Methods： 120 cases of external humeral epicondylitis treated patients were divided into three groups, A group of local myofaseial injection of compound betamethasone injection （closed treatment）; B group was in the A group on the basis of the treatment and use purple ointment for external; C group alone purple ointment topical treatment; three groups were treated with 2 weeks elbow braking.Results： The integrated treatment of patients had achieved a satisfactory efficacy, efficiency was 100%, the cure rate was 95%, the recurrence rate was 15%; closure group was 92.5%, the cure rate was 87.5%, the recurrence rate was 35%, the inefficiency was 2.5 %; Purple ointment group was 90%, the cure rate was 72.5%, the recurrence rate was 30%, non-efficiency was 10.4%; difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Partial closure and violet creams topical treatment of humeral epicondylitis can achieve better efficacy, more effective than single integrated therapy and partial closure of topical ointment therapy purple.
