慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者血清sICAM-1与肝组织病理变化的相关性研究

摘要
目的:评价sICAM-1在慢性丙型肝炎诊治中的临床意义。方法:对146例慢性丙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1和肝活检病理改变等进行相关性研究。结果:血清sICAM-1水平在慢性丙肝中、重度组和肝硬化组较对照组明显升高。结论:血清sICAM-1的检测可作为临床判断慢性丙型肝炎病情严重程度和预后的免疫学指标之一。
