摘要
在以植物性原料为主的畜禽配合饲料中,大部分磷以植酸磷的形式存在。因缺乏内源性的植酸酶,动物对植酸磷的利用率极低。饲料中添加外源性植酸酶,可以提高畜禽对饲料中磷的利用,节约无机磷资源和减少粪磷对环境的污染。本文介绍了植酸酶的来源、性质特征、作用机理和添加使用,并对应用中的相关问题及对策进行了探讨。
In formula feed of animal and poultry, most of the phosphorus exists in the form of phytate phosphorus in plant raw material. Due to lack the phytase, the utilization of phytate phosphorus is quite low for animal. Supplemented with phytase produced by microorganism in the feed could increase the phosphorus digestive efficiency of animal, save phosphorus source and reduce the environment pollution of mucky phosphorus. This paper introduced the phytase, including its origin, characteristic, functionary mechanism and application. Also, we discussed some relating problems and countermeasure, which phytase were applied in formula feed.
