促卵素添加剂对种鸡生产性能的影响

The Effects of Culuansu Additive on Breeder Chicken

用促卵素添加剂饲喂3840只26周龄罗曼父母代种鸡。结果，试验组比对照组的产蛋率、种蛋合格率、出壳率、健雏率、受精率和孵化率分别提高了2．44％、5．73％、3．05％、3．36％、5．82％、5．89％，其中种蛋合格率、出壳率、受精率和孵化率显著高于对照组，经t检验差异显著（P〈0．05）。

3840 Roman parents generation breeder chicken of 26 week -age were feed with Culuansu additive. As a result, in the test group the laying rate, breeding eggs qualification rate, produce shell rate, healthy chicken rate, fertilization rate and hatchability raised respectively by 2.44% ,5.73% ,3.05% ,3.36% ,5.82% ,5.89% than the contrast group, and the qualification rate of breeding eggs, fertilizing rate are higher notably than the contrast one. t test showed that it was remarkably different （ p 〈 0.05）.
