奶牛铜铁锌源选择的研究

摘要 本研究通过体外模拟瘤胃环境配制的碱性溶液(pH=7.3)和模拟真胃环境配制的酸性溶液(pH=2.2)对奶牛常用铜铁锌原料进行溶解性试验,选出适用于奶牛的铜锌铁添加剂。试验结果证明,碱式氯化铜、硫酸锌较适宜做奶牛的添加剂;硫酸铁和一水硫酸亚铁都符合牛铁源的标准,硫酸铁的溶解性要高于硫酸亚铁,但由于动物对三价铁的利用率很低,故铁源需根据铁的生物学利用率来进一步确定。 In the study, compounding basic solution(pH = 7.3) to simulate the condition of rumen and compounding acid solution ( pH = 2.2 ) to simulate the condition of stomach out of body, making solvable experiment to choose the suitable copper and iron and zinc additive to cow. The results showed that Cu2 (OH)3 CI and ZnSO4 · H2O were suitable to make additive of the cow. Fe2 (SO4)3 and FeSO4 · H2O were all suitable to make the iron source, the solubility of Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 was higher than the FeSO4 ·H2O, but the availability to Fe^3+ of Cow was low, so the iron source was need confirmed by the bioavailability.
