摘要
从10日龄健康小鸡的小肠中成功分离筛选出有抑菌作用的嗜酸乳杆菌M16。拮抗病原菌实验表明，该菌株的代谢产物在体外具有抑制杀灭鸡大肠埃希氏菌0—78，鸡白痢沙门氏菌0—79和金黄色葡萄球菌C58000的作用，是微生态制剂可选用的优良菌株。
M16 separated from the small intestine of ten - days - old chicken were lactoba- cillus acidophilus by identify. The results of inhibition and disinfection test showed that the me- tabolite of M16 could destroy the pathogenic E. coli O -78, salmonella pullomm 0 -79 and S. aureus C58000 in vitro. M16 could be the strains for microecologies availably.
