摘要
本文对多胺的代谢调节、生物学功能及其对消化道的调节作用等各方面的研究进展作了综述,浅析了造成仔猪断奶综合症的病因根源,并对生产实践中的防治措施以及存在的问题作了探讨。多胺对消化道黏膜上皮细胞正常生长发育以及在对损伤的适应与修复过程中有重要作用。多胺的发现与应用有望为促进仔猪小肠细胞增殖和胃肠道发育的研究提供一个新的思路。
This paper briefly presents some advances in the research of polyamine, which include metabolic regulation, biological function, and regulation in the alimentary canal, and explains the basic reason for EWS( early weaning syndrome). Polyamine is important in small intestinal crypt cell proliferation and essential for the normal repair of intestinal erosions. The discovery and application will produce a novel viewpoint for the later research of piglet.
