摘要
近年来抗菌肽已经成为研究与开发的热点,其中乳铁蛋白肽因其广泛的生物学功能而备受关注。文中阐述了乳铁蛋白肽的分子结构、生物学活性及其作用机理,讨论了乳铁蛋白肽在乳、食品和动物饲料中的应用前景,同时也提出了目前乳铁蛋白肽研究中存在的一些问题及相应对策。
Anti- microbial peptides have been the hotspots of research, and lactoferricin is the focus of them due to its broad biological function. Its molecular structure, bit - activities and acting mechanism were reviewed in this paper. The foreground of application in milk, foodstuff and animal feedstuff were also discussed. In addition, some problems and opinions during the research of lactoferricin were put forward.
