摘要
类黄酮在抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血脂等方面具有特殊的作用；同时也开始作为一种绿色饲料添加剂应用于动物生产。因此，对类黄酮的生物学效应及其在畜牧兽医上的应用前景做一综述。
Flavonoid have special effects on anti -oxidation, anti -atherosclerosis, anti - viral, anti - tumor, blood lipid - lowering and so on. And it also could be applied in animal pro- duction as one kind of safe feed additives shortly. In this paper, the biological effects of flavonoid and its application prospect in animal production are reviewed.
