摘要
目的通过建立兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死(sANFH)动物模型,分析血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF—a)在SANFH中的变化。方法将健康新西兰兔50只随机分成空白组和模型组,每组15只。模型组每只用马血清10ml/kg耳缘静脉注射,2周后重复用药1次。在末次用药后2周以醋酸泼尼松龙75mg/kg腹腔注射,1次/d,连用3d。动物注射激素5周后测血清中VEGF和TNF-a水平。结果模型组兔血清VEGF水平较空白组明显偏低(P〈0.01),TNF-a水平较空白组明显偏高(P〈0.01)。结论血清VEGF水平降低及TNF—a水平升高可能是SANFH发病的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and tumor necrosis factor- a ( TNF- a ) by establishing animal model of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head in rabbits. Methods Thirty heaithy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group and model group with 15 in each group.Model group was injected with horse serum and prednisone. The level of VEGF and TNF-a in serum of the rabbits of the two groups was examined. Results The level of VEGF in rabbits serum of model group was lower than that of control group ( P〈0. 01) while the level of TNF- a in rabbits serum of model group was higher than that of control group ( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The decrease of the level of VEGF and the rise of the level of TNF- a may be one of the most important factors in the occurrence of SANFH.
