摘要
曹妃甸煤码头翻车机房建设规模空前,施工环境恶劣,地质条件差,工期紧迫;该项目实施过程中结合秦皇岛港煤四、煤五期翻车机房施工经验,围绕各项难题开展技术创新和攻关,应用地下连续墙三钻组合潜水钻机气举反循环法成槽、悬孔法施工灌注桩和主体混凝土综合抗裂防渗等多项新技术,取得了显著效果和多项先进技术成果。
Caofeidian Coal Terminal Dumper project is the largest project of that time in the world, characterizing by adverse construction environment, poor geologic condition, and tight construction schedule. Referring to the experience of the dumper project of Qinhuangdao Coal Terminal Phase Ⅳ & Ⅴ, we applied a variety of new technologies to the construction including channel formation by diaphragm-three drill-diving drill reverse circulation, construction of cast-in-situ pile by suspended span method, and integrated crack resistance and seepage prevention of the main concrete structure, etc., and achieved a remarkable effect.
