摘要
板桩码头地下连续墙顶部为抗冻混凝土,强度等级为C30 F300,采用导管法进行水下浇注。抗冻混凝土浇注前进行配合比设计,拌制后用导管进行浇注,需要提前0.5m更换混凝土,并超灌0.5m,取芯后加工成试件可检测其抗压、抗冻强度。
The frost-resisting concrete for the top of diaphragm of sheet-pile wharf, with a grading strength of C30F300, is poured underwater by tremie method. The mix proportion design was carried out before pouring of frost-resisting concrete. And then, concrete was poured by tremie after mixing. The concrete should be replaced before 0.5 m and with 0.5 m over-pouring. The compressive strength and freezing resistance can be measured once it was processed into test piece after removing the core.
