摘要
针对水运工程中大流动性混凝土经远距离运输至浇注现场后冻融结果普遍降低的现象,分析原因认为运输过程中混凝土合气量损失较大,致使混凝土抗冻强度降低。经过一系列试验数据验证了解决问题的两种有效措施:其一是增大混凝土的出机含气量,其二是采用引气剂的二次添加方法。
Focusing on the phenomenon that the freeze-thaw resistance of high-fluidity concrete in marine engineering reduces generally after long-distance transportation to the casting site, we analyzed the causes and recognized that the reason lie in that the frost resistance of concrete decreases due to the loss of air content in concrete during transportation. According to a series of experiment data, we put forward two effective measures: increasing the air content of concrete out of machine and adding air with air entraining agent.
