为了解决各类煤炭、矿石等散料在装卸、贮存作业中粉尘污染环境的问题,根据节能减排、可持续发展的需要,在秦皇岛港、曹妃句港等堆场引进防风网技术,结合国情进行设计和施工,取得了良好的效果。在施工过程中控制钢构件变形、采取高空作业安全措施,有效地保证了工程质量和施工安全。
In order to solve the dust pollution problem in the handling and storage of various types of coal, ore and other bulk materials, windproof net is introduced in the coal storage yard of Qinhuangdao harbor and Caofeidian harbor to meet the requirement of "energy-saving and emission reduction and sustainable development" according to the conditions of China, the design and construction of windproof net have acquired a satisfactory effect. In the process of construction, through controlling the deformation of steel members and taking measures to ensure the safety of high-altitude operation, the quality and safety of the project has been assured effectively.
